Shipping & Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every Fieldmark map is printed to order. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.

Because each map is made specifically for you, production usually takes a few business days before your order ships. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or because of carrier delays.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is free.

Where are Fieldmark maps made?

Our maps are printed and fulfilled by professional print partners using print-on-demand production in the U.S. Your order is produced specifically for you and shipped directly from the fulfillment facility best positioned to handle the order.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package hasn't arrived after its estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll help figure out what happened.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin producing orders shortly after they're placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to make the change if production hasn't started, but because every map is made to order, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be produced or shipped again because an incorrect address was provided at checkout.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Each Fieldmark map is printed specifically for your order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or frame, or no longer want the product.

If your map arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, however, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• A few clear photos, including a photo of the entire map or frame

We'll review the issue and, when appropriate, send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. You generally won't need to ship a damaged item back to us.

Can I exchange my map for another size or frame?

Because maps are produced individually for each order, we don't currently offer exchanges for a different size, frame, or design.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for your purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

What sizes are available?

Fieldmark maps are currently available in:

• 20 × 30 inches
• 24 × 36 inches

Available framing options are shown on each product page.

What are the maps printed on?

Fieldmark maps are printed on premium matte paper using high-resolution digital printing designed to preserve fine cartographic detail.

What frame options are available?

Maps are available unframed or framed in selected finishes, including black and red oak.

How accurate are the maps?

We build Fieldmark maps using authoritative geographic and government data wherever possible. But public-land boundaries, regulations, access rules, roads, water features, and other conditions can change.

Fieldmark maps are designed as wall art and geographic reference maps, not as authoritative navigation or legal-access tools.

Before hunting, fishing, or traveling in the backcountry, always verify current boundaries, regulations, closures, and access using the appropriate government agency and up-to-date navigation resources.

Will you make maps for more states?

Yes. We're starting with a small collection and plan to add new states, regions, and map types over time.
